The Canadian Seaspan Tugboat "Comox Crown" departs Harbor Island in Seattle, WA. The "Comox Crown" arrived at the Western Towboat Dock for INS at 0700 after dropping the barge "Seaspan 192" full of scrap metal at Terminal 105. The "Comox Crown" left in a sprint to take the inland passage back to Vancouver and make the 1400 slack tide.
